On Friday we went to Umm Qais in the city of Gadara which was one of the cities of the Decapolis.  It is also famous as being the spot where Jesus healed the demoniacs and cast the demons into a nearby group of pigs who then ran off a cliff into the Sea of Galilee.  There are some great ruins there, a museum, and a fun cafe overlooking the sea and the snow-capped mountains of Lebanon.
